SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping of J M Art Resin creative art is within Australia only.
(International shipping may be offered in the future)
Shipping fee is calculated by weight at time of checkout.
J M Art Resin may make contact should your parcel need to be packed in several parcels due to large volume or size.
Please note: Unless you request to increase the insurance, your parcel is insured by Australia Post for the first $100.
Once payment has been received and cleared by the bank, most orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 - 3 days.
Parcels leave our site well wrapped and securely packaged.
Delivery can take between 3 - 10 days depending on the location it is being shipped to.
Unfortunately, we may not be able to provide deliveries in the agreed timeframes for orders outside of major metropolitan cities.
We utilise the services of Australia Post or Sendal and have the right to change and use alternate transport providers at our discretion.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for commission pieces, sale items, change of mind, wear & tear or due to difference in monitor settings.
If you are eligible for a refund, your item must be returned within 14 days after delivery. Must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.
The cost of return delivery is at the customer's expense.
An email will be sent to you once we have received and inspected the returned item, and of the approval or rejection of your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
